PWCA Parking Regulations

All residents of the community and their visitors are required to comply with the following parking regulations:

All vehicles must display a valid PWCA Parking Permit, even if parked in an assigned space. (Article VI, Section 10)

No parking near fire hydrants. (Article VI, Section9)

No parking on street corners. (Article VI, Section 9)

No parking in areas designated with yellow curbs or in handicapped parking spaces. (Article VI, Section 9)

No parking without permission in another resident's assigned parking spaces. (Article VI, Section 9)

No double-parking in front of parking spaces at any time. (Article VI, Section 9)

No parking of recreational vehicles, boats, campers, trailers, junk or inoperable vehicles or other similar vehicles. (Article VI, Section 6(d))

No keeping or storage of vehicles, operable or inoperable, including vehicles without current state tags, county tax sticker, inspection decal, etc. (Article VI, Section 9

No extensive repairs or extraordinary maintenance of vehicles. (Article VI, Section 6(d))

No use of parking spaces for accumulating or storing building materials, trash, etc. (Article VI, Section 6(d) and Article VI, Section 9)

No parking at the swimming pool area without using the pool at such time, unless prior approval is sought and obtained from the Parking Committee. (Article VI, Section 9)

Vehicles parked longer than ten (10) consecutive days in the "Visitor" parking spaces may be subject to towing as they would be considered vehicles in storage. (Article VI, Section 9)

Any vehicle that, in the discretion of the Board of Directors, poses a safety hazard shall be prohibited from parking on the common areas. This includes, but is not limited to:
