Requests should be made by clicking&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1RgSK7cszT0juLdSrPBzH0mywrtrWKVBX\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a>&nbsp;to view and print a copy of the Architectural Modification Request Form. <br><br>The completed form should be mailed or emailed to PWCA Architectural Control Committee at the contact information provided at the bottom of this webpage. <br><br>Approval or disapproval will occur within sixty (60) days of submission of written request (but normally within 14 days of submission).  Questions should be e-mailed to&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:acc@parkwestcommunity.org\">acc@parkwestcommunity.org<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1RgSK7cszT0juLdSrPBzH0mywrtrWKVBX\/view?usp=share_link\">ACC MODIFICATION FORM<\/a>: <\/strong>  A <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1RgSK7cszT0juLdSrPBzH0mywrtrWKVBX\/view?usp=share_link\">fillable ACC Modification Form<\/a> (once downloaded) is available for your use.  This document may also be printed and filled out by pen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a aria-label=\"RESIDENCE COLOR SCHEMA: (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=13Q58Yy886_C3Z-PrS8uheXHEhsrcdm3A\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">RESIDENCE COLOR SCHEMA:<\/a><\/strong> Only the <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1qRNLj7p57FDir1jQNYisCxmxJHH5Z35D\/view?usp=drive_link\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">original paint, siding, and roofing colors, <\/a>as designated by Richmarr, are acceptable. Variances have been granted for colors that are no longer available &#8211; contact the ACC for information whether your residence has an approved variance for a specific color.
