If you would like to Opt-In for digital distribution of Official Communications, <a href=\"http:\/\/parkwestcommunity.org\/Resolution%2017-04%20Electronic%20Notices%20(Final%20with%20sigs).pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\">please see Opt-In Form (Page 3) [Resolution 17-04]<\/a>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/parkwestcommunity.org\/WPPWCA\/association-meeting\/\" target=\"_blank\">Association Meetings <\/a>of the Board and Meetings of the Members.\u00a0<ul><li>Each type of meeting is open to all residents.\u00a0 <\/li><li>Monthly Board Meeting usually occur on the third Tuesday of each month.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>Letters and information papers mailed or handed out at each residence door.<\/li><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/open?id=1e3sSwLuvg3GlRM6oGY_bylxPtVRFeJwJ\" target=\"_blank\">Newsletters<\/a> (Google Drive Link).<\/li><li>Message Boards at each entrance.<\/li><li>The website\u00a0<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/www.parkwestcommunity.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">www.parkwestcommunity.org<\/a>.<\/li><li>Email distribution list.\u00a0<ul><li>This usually has at least one email a month with upcoming events and topical information for all residents (e.g. holiday trash and recycling collection schedules).<\/li><li>If you are not on the distribution list please request to be added, as described below:<ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:pwca_info-subscribe@parkwestcommunity.org\" target=\"_blank\">pwca_info-subscribe@parkwestcommunity.org<\/a>\u00a0with the Subject:\u00a0<strong>Subscribe<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><li>If you want to leave the distribution list please send an email to the following: <ul><li><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"mailto:pwca_info-unsubscribe@parkwestcommunity.org\" target=\"_blank\">pwca_info-unsubscribe@parkwestcommunity.org<\/a>\u00a0with the Subject:\u00a0<strong>Unsubscribe<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p>The Facebook group and NextDoor are not used as official communications methods for the Association although official information is sometimes re-broadcast by individuals within the community on those sites.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting More Involved in Your Community<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Becoming part of an HOA can be great, as you can meet new neighbors, make friend,s and contribute to your local Community. We have ample <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/parkwestcommunity.org\/participate-in-the-community\/2019\/\" target=\"_blank\">Volunteer Opportunities<\/a>, or you can <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"http:\/\/parkwestcommunity.org\/WPPWCA\/board-of-directors-chairs-and-managers\/\" target=\"_blank\">Join a Committee<\/a>, help in setting up or running one of our events, or just take some time to clean up loose trash.
