JUNE 3, 2022; 6:00PM TO 7:00PM; POOL.<\/strong>\u00a0 Another pool pass pickup is this evening.\u00a0 This is currently the last programmed event scheduled and there are 30 residences who have packets available for pickup.\u00a0 As a reminder &#8211; packets are ready for those residences who meet the criteria listed on the application. \u00a0Photo IDs are required for pass pickup and when entering the pool deck.\u00a0 To preclude some of the questions that have arisen,<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/17evE5AU2ohY5jIWYKK7zzNGaxAINVM3y\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"> attached\/linked to this message is a list of all residences that will have packets ready for pickup this evening.<\/a>\u00a0 If your residence is not on the list and you have submitted your application in before June 1st &#8211; usually this is caused by either assessments due or ACC violations &#8211; please contact the Pool Committee for specifics.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. \u00a0<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1a4i1eVrsNO6u5Wo3cLxxmOCTcP04TsCa\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>TREE WORK; JUNE 6, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 10, 2022.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>\u00a0The ongoing tree removal impacting portions of Malone Court and Gainsborough Drive has been delayed due to storm damage at other locations last night.\u00a0 Removal activity will restart on Monday, June 6th.\u00a0 Private tree removal work will impact a portion of lower Carriagepark Road at an undefined later date.\u00a0 Pruning work will occur on lower Carriagepark Road and Malone Court on June 8th and 9th.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6.\u00a0 <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1Rh5t7wYoyvxrhirV7i7DIzI6FS9myJ3_\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">GRADUATION EVENTS AT EAGLE BANK ARENA, THROUGH JUNE 17, 2022.<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>\u00a0Graduation season is here and we are back to pre-pandemic graduations with the attendant impacts to traffic on our roads.\u00a0 Please see our website for the list of the 31 graduations planned through June 17th.\u00a0 Anticipate major traffic delays before and after each event so plan accordingly when you travel from\/to our community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7. \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/drive\/folders\/1QX_Jm8QQiC5sP7i6VdydmRbJJ95lizon?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING; TUESDAY, JUNE 21, 2022; 7:00PM.<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0The June board meeting will be conducted via the RingCentral virtual meeting framework. See the website under &#8216;Meetings&#8217;, select the year (2022), then the meeting (20220621). Document #01-1 contains the information to join the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8.&nbsp; POOL FOOTBRIDGE; GROUT RIPRAP;&nbsp; JUNE 27, 2022 THROUGH JUNE 29, 2022.<\/strong>&nbsp;Weather permitting, the pool footbridge project will start June 27th.&nbsp; Major impacts to the footpath from the pool to the footbridge are anticipated.&nbsp; Please keep away from that area during the project.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1JB7_NxZcmmJhWZQp871alt5xftuKTYjQ\/view?usp=sharing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>9.\u00a0 NEWSLETTER PUBLICATION, MAY 2022 EDITION.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>The current newsletter has been released.\u00a0 Please review when you have a moment.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10. &nbsp;PLAYGROUND WORK, DELAYED WORK START DATE.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;The planned start date is undetermined due to crew availability. &nbsp;More information to follow. &nbsp;For those who patronize the playground &#8211; we will be undertaking replacement of the edge walls. &nbsp;&nbsp;You can expect up to two weeks of playground closure during this project. &nbsp;Once the edge walls are replaced we will install a certified safety surface of loose fill engineered wood fiber. &nbsp;Please do not use the playground during this timeframe. &nbsp;See the monthly meeting minutes for further information.<br><br><strong>11.&nbsp; BASKETBALL COURT, DELAYED CLOSURE DATE.<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;During the edge wall construction project the basketball courts will be closed for the duration of the project.<br><br><strong>12.&nbsp; POOL INFORMATION.<\/strong>&nbsp; We are allowing residents to reserve portions of the pool deck during this season.&nbsp; Please contact the Pool Committee for assistance regarding scheduling and cost.&nbsp; There is no gas grill available for use this season &#8211; please do not plan to utilize one during your pool visits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>13.&nbsp; 2022 STRATEGIC PLAN UPDATE &#8211; REQUEST FOR COMMENTS, NO LATER THAN 1 JULY 2022.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;As documented in the May 2022&nbsp;<strong><em>Park West Pages<\/em><\/strong>, for this year we are more specifically reaching out to you as part of our consideration of updates to future years&#8217; goal and targets to request any input you might have to the document.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br><br>Enjoy the weekend!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Regards,<br><br>Mark<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Good evening.
