Hi All,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Hope you are all out enjoying the beautiful weather.  Please find below two very important items from the PWCA Board of Directors:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(1)   A REMINDER:  The LAST ANNUAL GUEST HANGTAG RENEWAL DISTRIBUTION is this Sunday, April 27, 2025, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the pool house.  The current guest permits expire April 30, 2025.  Towing begins May 1, 2025, as previously stated through Board communications to residents. This process does not affect tenant permits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

(2)   VERY IMPORTANT — NEW POOL ENTRY SYSTEM!!!!  The Board has put in place a new pool entry system for use this Summer.  All resident owners and tenants must sign up for this new pool entry system in order to use the pool this season.  Our pool chairman, Marguerite Wiese, also will be at the pool this Sunday, April 27, from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.,  to assist you in signing up for this new pool entry system.  It is highly recommended that you take a few minutes to attend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
