I recommend you park your vehicle off property until the next regularly scheduled parking pass distribution window. &nbsp;Owners with questions may call or email the Parking Committee Chair for further information<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. &nbsp;POOL PASS APPLICATION AND ENTRY SYSTEM SETUP ASSISTANCE; FRIDAY, MAY 9,2025; 4:30PM to 6:00PM; SATURDAY, MAY 17, 2025; 1:00PM to 2:00PM; POOL PARKING LOT.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>With the start of a new application and entry system for the pool this year, our Pool Committee Chair, Marguerite Wiese, will be at the pool to assist anyone requiring help with the new system.&nbsp; Please see the website for further information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. &nbsp;BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING; TUESDAY; MAY 20, 2025; 7:00 PM; VIRTUAL.&nbsp; T<\/strong>he monthly board meeting will be conducted via the RingCentral virtual meeting framework.&nbsp; For the virtual meeting information, see the website under \u2018Meetings\u2019, select the year (2025), then the meeting (2025-05-20).&nbsp; Document #01-1 contains the information to join the meeting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4.&nbsp; POOL SEASON, 2025; MAY 24, 2025; 11:00AM.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;The pool opening day is just over two weeks away!&nbsp; Pool application and entry will be conducted through a phone-based system this year, called PoolEntry.&nbsp; The website has directions on how to apply for pool passes this year and the Pool Committee is also conducting training sessions on the new system &#8211; see dates and times in item #2 of this message.&nbsp; Guest passes will be digital and issued per home with the approved application.&nbsp; Additional guest passes will be available for purchase through the application at a reduced cost of $2.00 per pass.&nbsp; The system will charge you a fee for the transaction &#8211; by reducing the cost per pass we keep your actual cost a little under the $3.00 per pass we charged under the previous system.&nbsp; The Pool Rules will be updated to cover the new system shortly.&nbsp; Check-in will be through the lifeguards as in the past but the steps will be different &#8211; further information to follow from the Pool Committee on those steps.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. &nbsp;POOL OPERATING HOURS; Our&nbsp;grounds care contractor is again offering residences in our community the ability to have your private yards maintained. &nbsp;The care options include turf care, lawn care, and leaf removal. &nbsp;Please refer to the link listed above in the Seasonal Links section, just scroll down the page to the applicable information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9.&nbsp; BRADDOCK ROAD STOP SIGN AND MESSAGE BOARD.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;The Braddock Road message board replacement remains in-progress.&nbsp; Message boards at the pool have been replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>10<\/strong><strong>.&nbsp; COMMUNITY SECURITY. &nbsp;<\/strong>If out-of-the-ordinary events occur and you are concerned for your safety or security please notify the Police non-emergency number (703) 691-2131 to report the occurrence. &nbsp;While we advertise a Neighborhood Watch on our signs there has been a lack of interest in the past to actually set one up. &nbsp;If you are interested in participating please let me know. &nbsp;If we have sufficient interest we will restart the process with the County but not before we see sufficient volunteers to make the effort worthwhile. &nbsp;As always, please consider leaving your porch lights on throughout the night, remember to lock your vehicle doors, and notify the non-emergency number should you experience some kind of security event in the future.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>11. &nbsp;OWNER ACCOUNT PORTAL.&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;This is a recurring topic for many of our owners.&nbsp; Each owner has the ability to access their account through a portal Summit Management offers. &nbsp;To access the portal, please go to our website and select the \u2018Living in PWCA\u2019 tab. &nbsp;Scroll down the page to the button \u2018Vantaca Owner Login\u2019. &nbsp;If you have not already done so, Vantaca will prompt you to create a login. &nbsp;Once you login you\u2019ll be able to access your owner information to include the status of your account. &nbsp;This also provides an avenue to pay any balances due on the account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>12. &nbsp;OPEN DIRECTOR POSITION.<\/strong>&nbsp;
