RESIDENCE MODIFICATIONS: Exterior alteration or modification of any residence located within the Kings Park West Town-homes is not permitted without prior written approval from the ACC. Requests should be made by clicking HERE to view and print a copy of the Architectural Modification Request Form.
The completed form should be mailed or emailed to PWCA Architectural Control Committee at the contact information provided at the bottom of this webpage.
Approval or disapproval will occur within sixty (60) days of submission of written request (but normally within 14 days of submission). Questions should be e-mailed to acc@parkwestcommunity.org.
- ACC MODIFICATION FORM: A fillable ACC Modification Form (once downloaded) is available for your use. This document may also be printed and filled out by pen.
- RESIDENCE COLOR SCHEMA: Only the original paint, siding, and roofing colors, as designated by Richmarr, are acceptable. Variances have been granted for colors that are no longer available – contact the ACC for information whether your residence has an approved variance for a specific color. Click HERE for the required colors applicable for each residence.
- RESIDENCE TERMS: The ACC employs specific terms to document items associated with each residence.
- RESIDENCE CONSTITUENTS: The ACC Inspector File contains pictures and identification of various areas of the residence. During inspections, inspectors will reference the document to determine the correct identification of the specific areas when generating required items, recommendations, modifications, and variances for a specific residence.
