MONTHLY BOARD OF DIRECTOR MEETINGS ARE HELD VIRTUALLY UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
VIRTUAL MEETING INFORMATION IS FOUND ON EACH AGENDA AT THE TOP OF THE DOCUMENT AND IN A SEPARATE DOCUMENT (DOCUMENT #01-1) IN EACH APPLICABLE BOARD PACKET FOUND ON THE WEBSITE.
The Association meets in monthly board meetings on the third Tuesday of each month.
The Association conducts the annual meeting on the third Tuesday of November
(board meeting immediately preceding the annual meeting).
Message boards at the entrances of the community, President Messages, and website postings are used to communicate meeting dates and locations to membership.
Meeting Cancellation Policy
Physical meeting of the Association will follow the current Fairfax County Public Schools inclement weather procedures. See the link for additional information.
