As we approach the Thanksgiving holiday, we kindly ask that any
residents expecting family or friends to visit submit their guest
parking requests to the Parking Officials no later than Sunday at 5:00
PM.
Providing this advance notice ensures that all requests can be processed
in a timely manner and allows our Parking Officials the opportunity to
enjoy the holiday and spend time with their families as well.

Important Reminder: PWCA 2025 Annual Meeting – Please Submit Your Vote or Proxy
The Park West Community Association Annual Meeting is quickly approaching:
📅 Date: Tuesday, November 18, 2025
🕗 Time: 8:00 PM (Sign-in opens at 7:45 PM)
📍 Location: Saint Mary of Sorrows, Farrell Hall 5222 Sideburn Road – Fairfax, VA 22032
💻 Virtual Attendance: Available for viewing and Q&A (non-voting)
During this meeting, homeowners will vote to fill open positions on the Board of Directors and conduct any business that comes before the membership.
The Association must reach a 10% quorum to conduct the meeting and hold elections.
If you cannot attend in person:
